Lynch WASHINGTON (Reuters) -The U.S. Justice Department on Wednesday said a federal grand jury voted to indict Tallahassee’s former Democratic mayor and Florida gubernatorial candidate Andrew Gillum on charges of conspiracy, wire fraud and making false statements.
