EU seeks to heal, bring back nature with landmark law

By Kate Abnett BRUSSELS (Reuters) – The European Commission will on Wednesday propose legally binding targets to restore nature across the EU, in an attempt to recover plunging wildlife populations and repair degraded habitats.
